As per the environmental statistics , within a few decades of industrial civilization the man has destroyed 50% of the world’s forest and if the present rate of deforestation goes unabated the world is going to befit a catastrophe by the end of 21st century endangering the whole life on Earth. The plants are not only vital for oxygen, food and shelter but most of the medicines are also extracted from the plants. The ozone layer depletion can cause severe life threatening circumstances coupled with severe respiratory and cardiovascular diseases besides throat inflammation, chest pain and congestion. The forests are world’s air conditioning system and we are on the verge of switching it off.
